How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Judgeshearing Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Judgeshearing Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, we would like to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Judgeshearing Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Connecticut.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@judgeshearing.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
